What this site measures, and what stays on the page

Google Analytics counts the visit. Google Analytics 4 records which pages you open, the general area you are in, the device and browser you use, and the site or search that sent you. It also records a short list of actions: the note on Discuss Your Property being sent, a tap on a call or email link, an LOI or application opened as a PDF, a Word file, or an email, and a calculator being used. Google sets its own identifier so a repeat visit counts as the same browser. Rova reads this as counts and trends.

HubSpot may set a cookie. HubSpot's tracking code runs on this site and may set a cookie so HubSpot recognizes the same browser from page to page and visit to visit. Until Rova knows who you are, that record is anonymous. If you send the note on Discuss Your Property, or click a link in an email Rova sent you, HubSpot ties those page views to your contact record, so Rova can see which pages you read before you wrote.

No advertising pixels. There is no ad network tag, no retargeting pixel, no tag manager, and no session recording or heatmap script on this site. Nothing measured here is used to build an advertising profile, and Rova does not sell or rent it to an ad platform.

Search and the worksheet stay on your screen. Search reads a static index that loads with the page, so what you type in it is never sent to Rova, to Google, or to HubSpot. The property worksheet works the same way: nothing you type in it is sent or saved, and it disappears when you refresh or close the page. Analytics records that a calculator was used, not the numbers you put in it.

Lato is served by Rova. The Lato font loads from Rova's own site. No request goes to Google for it.

The host sees the request. Cloudflare hosts this site and sees the page addresses you request and the IP address they come from, the way any web host does for any website visit.

Direct contact leaves the page. Tapping the phone or email link opens your own phone or email app. Analytics records that the link was tapped. It does not record the call you make or the message you write.

What happens to your note

The optional note on Discuss Your Property

What Rova receives. Your name, the property address, your email, your phone, and what you write about the current situation and timing. The form also carries one hidden field you never see, which exists to catch automated spam. The worksheet next to that note is not sent with it.

Where it goes. The note is kept as a contact record in HubSpot, the contact system Rova uses. From the moment you send it, the page views HubSpot already recorded for your browser are joined to that record, and so are the pages you open later on the same browser. Rova uses all of it to reply to you about the property and to follow up on that conversation.

Marketing email. HubSpot and Rova may send marketing email, such as market notes and owner guides, only to an address you submitted. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also call or email Rova and ask to come off the list. Apart from that email, the note does not sign you up for anything you did not ask for.

Rova does not sell it. Rova does not sell the note or the record built around it, does not rent it, does not trade it, and does not hand it to other brokers for their own use.

Deleting it. Email or call Rova and ask to have your record deleted. Rova will delete it and stop using it, subject to records Rova has to keep for legal or accounting reasons, such as a signed agreement or a completed deal.

Keeping and protecting it

How long Rova keeps the record, and who can reach it

How long. Rova keeps the record while there is a reason to keep it: an open conversation, an active assignment, or a record of a deal. When there is no reason left, or when you ask, it goes. Analytics reporting is kept as counts, on Google's standard schedule for this account.

Protection. The record sits in HubSpot behind an account login, and access is limited to Rova and to the service that stores it. Rova uses ordinary business protections and reasonable care. No system is perfectly secure, and Rova does not promise that one is.

What you can ask for. Wherever you live in the United States, you can call or email Rova and ask what Rova holds on you, ask to have it corrected, ask to have it deleted, or ask to come off the marketing list.

Whom this site is for. This site is written for property owners and other business readers. It is not aimed at children, and Rova does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child sent something, call or email Rova and it will be deleted.

Other records

Other companies still keep their own records.

Google keeps the analytics data under its own terms. HubSpot keeps the tracking record and the contact record, and delivers Rova's email. Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps ordinary server records. The internet providers, phone carriers, and email providers that carry your visit, your call, or your message keep their own as well. Rova does not control any of those records.

This site does not show a consent banner. Your browser's own settings control whether the Google Analytics and HubSpot cookies are stored, and clearing them clears what those two tools use to recognize your browser.
