He graduated in May 2021 with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Afterwards, he worked in wealth management at JPMorgan Chase and BMO. In July 2023, he obtained his real estate license and moved into commercial leasing. In April 2026, Mark earned his CCIM designation.

Mark leases retail storefronts in Manhattan's Broome-Houston corridor. He guides owners through tenant review, proposal comparison, and lease negotiation.

In his spare time, you can find Mark tinkering with technology (ask him about all the servers he rents), playing chess, or attending comedy shows in Greenwich Village.
